Cross-sectional view of a thin slice of mouse gut and its flora. By cutting a thin slice of the gut, the inner went out. Normally I cut the gut in small tubes, which are cut in two longitudinal pieces for SEM observation. I kept this piece because I was curious to see it with the SEM.
The original image is of high resolution of 12288x9216 pixels (108 Mb); 31 scans per line; 25 minutes acquisition time.
A smallest size of the image is proposed; 4096x3072 pixels (12 Mo).
