Jérémy obtained a BTS in Biological and biotechnological agro-food analysis in 2004 at LEGTA in Douai. In 2005, he began his career at the Institut Pasteur of Lille as a laboratory technician in the water department in Ecotoxicology. In 2011, he joined the medical biology laboratory to perform biochemical and hematology analyzes. In 2015, he joined the CIIL in the BLIM team where he trained as a research technician before joining the LAG-CRB of Professor Amouyel's unit in October 2019. Recently, he joined ECOPHIP and brings its technical assistance to the different projects of the team.
Guilavogui Timothé, MD, PhD student, Univ. Lille

Timothé Guilavogui obtained his medical doctor degree in 2003 at the Faculty of Medicine in Conakry. After three years of experience in health care as chief medical officer, Timothé obtained a master's degree in epidemiology at the University of Abomey Calavi in Benin. Thereafter Timothé was appointed in Guinea as Head of the Monitoring and Evaluation Unit of the National STI/HIV/AIDS Prevention and Health Management Program, Deputy National Coordinator of the National Malaria Control Program and then National Director of Major Endemics and Disease Control at the Ministry of Health. Since September 2020, he is the Coordinator of the Support Unit for the Management and Coordination of Programs and Projects of the Ministry of Health of Guinea. He is also a PhD student in the ECOPHIP team and is interested in the molecular epidemiology of intestinal parasites in Guinea and the involvement of the protozoan Cryptosporidium in the occurrence of colorectal cancer in humans.
Dima Abdallah , PhD student, University of Lille
Dima Abdallah, PhD Student
Dima Abdallah obtained a Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from the Faculty of Public Health at the Lebanese University in 2021, then a Master's degree in Microbiology, Infectious Diseases, and Immunobiology (MIDI) from the University of Grenoble Alpes in 2023 (top of the class in the second year of the Master's program). After working as a research engineer at CNRS in the Host-Parasite Interactions Biomechanics team at the Institute for Advanced Biosciences (IAB) in Grenoble (2023-2024), Dima initiated her PhD in the ECOPHIP team on the study of colon carcinogenesis mechanisms induced by the parasite Cryptosporidium under the supervision of Dr. Gabriela Certad
Manon RYCKMAN, PhD student, University of Littoral Côte d'Opale
Manon RYCKMAN Master 2 student
Manon RYCKMAN obtained a Bachelor's degree in Life and Natural Sciences at the University of the Littoral Côte d'Opale in 2021, followed by a Master's degree in Marine Ecology and Fisheries from the same university in 2023. Her doctoral research project focuses on the prevalence and virulence of the zoonotic intestinal protozoa Blastocystis and Cryptosporidium in seafood products in the Hauts-de-France region and the assessment of their risk to human health, under the supervision of Dr. Gabriela Certad (ECOPHIP) and Professor Sébastien Monchy (LOG Wimereux).
Chabé Magali, MCU, HDR, Univ. Lille
Lecturer, PharmD, PhD, HDR
Magali Chabé received her DES in Pharmacy in 2004 and her Ph.D. degree in Parasitology in 2005 at the University of Lille, France. Her thesis was co-directed by Dr. Eduardo Dei-Cas, Pasteur Institute of Lille, France and Prof. Sergio Vargas, Faculty of Medicine of Santiago de Chile, Chile. She obtained a position as Lecturer in the Parasitology Laboratory at the Faculty of Pharmacy of Lille in 2005 and the Research Direction Habilitation in 2018 from the same university.
After being interested until 2013 in the natural history of pneumocystosis (Lab. ECOPA at the Pasteur Institute of Lille, then BDPEE within the CIIL), she is since 2015 in charge of "omics" studies (comparative genomics and metagenomics) at the ECOPHIP team of CIIL, led by Dr. Eric Viscogliosi, in order to study the pathophysiology of Blastocystis and Cryptosporidium-induced infections of the gastrointestinal tract, as well as the role of intestinal protozoa in the gut microbiota.
Gantois Nausicaa, IE, Institut Pasteur of Lille
Engineer, Institut Pasteur of Lille
Nausicaa Gantois obtained a BTS in Biochemistry in 2002 at the Lycée de L'Escaut in Valenciennes and a DU in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Drug Sciences at the University of Lille 2 Droit et Santé in 2003.
