The young researchers are in the spotlight at Institut Pasteur de Lille

On November 13, 2025, the first edition of "The IPL PhD Students' Day" took place at the Institut Pasteur de Lille campus. The morning was filled with presentations from doctoral students, a roundtable discussion to share experiences of post-PhD career paths, and a presentation on well-being and health in the workplace. These engaging discussions reflected the energy that drives research at the Institut Pasteur de Lille. The afternoon took a more playful turn with a team-building activity. Divided into teams, the doctoral students tackled several challenges while sharing laughter, camaraderie, and team spirit. The day concluded with an after-work gathering in a friendly atmosphere, providing an opportunity to continue the discussions, get to know each other, and celebrate their arrival at the Institut Pasteur de Lille. The young researchers from the CIIL were heavily involved in organizing this event.
