DEBS-Plague - Coordinator: Florent SEBBANE (Institut Pasteur de Lille/Inserm)

The DEBS-Plague project aims to understand the dynamics of plague circulation and to identify the French ecosystems that are favorable or unfavorable to its establishment, adopting an interdisciplinary approach (combining historical, archaeological, biological, mathematical and engineering sciences). The aim is to limit or even prevent the possible emergence of plague, but also to develop a model system applicable to other zoonotic infectious diseases.
